Ninad Kale is a graphic designer/type designer from Ahmedabad, India currently finishing his MFA in Graphic Design at Maryland Institute College of Art, Baltimore.
Ninad has worked at INDI Design and Indian Type Foundry and collaborated with the Office of Surgeon General. He has also served as a volunteer for INK Talks, an offshoot of TED Talks India. He is interested in identity systems, typography, and interaction design. In his free time, he likes to ponder on the effects of designed artifacts while sipping a glass of chilled water, sitting by an open window listening to old Bollywood songs.
